These Deeper Layer sessions are a cultivation of 15 years of experience, trainings and study combined with a love of the Esoteric, Energetic and the Erotic.

These sessions are first and foremost steeped in deep intimacy with the breath. Through a combination of modalities, I weaves together Shamanic Rituals, Energetic healing , Somatic and Embodied Processes to bring awareness into the places that are resistant, unacknowledged or blocked.

No two sessions are the same. Each combination and layer is customised to your bodies unique coding and always intuitively led. There will be individual guided and suggested pre work along with rituals and integration material. We will go as slow as your system requires, nothing will be skipped over or forgotten.
