I found myself completely disconnected with what seemed like everything in my life.

Autoimmune Disease.

Burnout and Breakdown.
Overall lack of connection to Eros, Life Force and Radiance.
I arrive in this world now, having been on the most intense journey of self-inquiry, of stripping myself bare in order to rebuild.
I have found that the only and fastest way back to all parts of the self is by connecting back to your feminine life force.
Through years of practice and training, I have developed this unique offering to support the feminine nervous system in returning to aliveness and reconnection.
I teach not only how to connect to your body, but also how to build trust with your own femininity and how to release anything that is not true, including conditioning, patterns and beliefs formed from previous experiences in relationships.
This teaching focuses on listening to and witnessing ourselves within the safety of a trauma-informed container, welcoming all parts and all aspects, both dark and light.
It involves reclaiming every aspect of your individual, innate nature through ritual and love, process and witness. We learn to access it all, even the parts desperate not to be felt.
TO BE ALTERED
Is to inhabit a holy space in which we have access to new pathways, insights and feminine inspiration.
It is to shed.
It is to change.
It is to meet the parts of us we have shamed and to slowly come home to their natural sense of being and vulnerability.
Our Feminine Nature is Cyclical, just like the Elements.
Each of our feminine archetypes sit within the elemental bodies of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. When we are out of balance, either physically, energetically or emotionally, we end up feeling lost and numbed out, often disassociated from ourselves and our lives.
This can show up in many ways, but most often I see it in women as loss of sensation, nervous system dysregulation, limited connectivity to our body, and most of all, an absence of devotion to our beautiful hearts.
In each of the 5 sessions, we will explore devotion to our feminine and to Eros through the individual elements. I will share with you my personal tools for deep connection back to your bodies and teach you how to Re-Inspire Your Aliveness.
