Those who know me know roses move me.

I have them tattooed on my body. They are woven through my brand. The rose is the highest frequency of all flowers and the oldest symbol of protection.

And it is how we will begin this night together.

On the full moon we will open with a Rose Ritual — creating a sacred field of intelligence for release and manifestation. A field held by the oldest and most powerful feminine symbol there is.

From there we move into feminine breath work for deep inner connection. Then slow somatic movement — think yin yoga but lush beyond lush — flossing the organ body, hydrating the fascia, working through the tension patterns that have been held in the tissue for far too long.

And then…

You will be bathed in the healing frequencies of the Gongs and Alchemy Crystal Bowls.

Sound at this level does not just relax the body. It moves through it. It reaches places that words and movement and therapy cannot touch. It completes what has been left unfinished. It releases what the body has been faithfully holding.
