There was a version of me who did not know how to live in her own body.
Childhood grief that went unspoken. Patterns of self-destruction that followed. A miscarriage that took me out of myself in ways I could not name. The collapse of a marriage. The collapse of a life I had built around becoming someone I thought I was supposed to be.
Each of these was a doorway I did not know I was walking through.
On the other side of all of it was the body. My body. And the radical recognition that I had never been taught how to inhabit it. I had never been taught what pleasure actually is — not performance, not approval, not the absence of pain. The real thing. The sacred fire that is your birthright as a woman.
For over a decade I have worked with thousands of women through the Altered Academy transmission methodology. This work is not therapy. It is not wellness. It is initiation into the somatic language of your own erotic body. Pleasure is the deepest medicine and most women have never had permission to receive it.. Women need to feel soft, sensual, alive and present with themselves and so many don’t know where to start.
I am a student in perpetual devotion to this work. It changed my life. And I have seen it change lives over and over again.

Three initiatory worlds. Twelve hours of transmission.
Each session is a four-hour live Zoom container. Not a workshop. Not a lecture. A temple. You will be guided through somatic practices, breath-work, anatomy, archetypal exploration and embodied ritual. You will leave each session different from how you arrived.

The Anatomy of Desire
The intelligence of the erotic body begins with knowing what is actually there. Most women have never been taught the full anatomy of their own arousal — the four nerve pathways to pleasure, the internal architecture of the clitoris, the psoas and pelvic floor as the seat of stored sensation and emotion. We begin here. In the body. In the truth of what you are made of.
Session Two · Saturday July 25· 6pm Melbourne time
Sacred Fire and the Erotic Channel
There is a difference between the sexy channel and the erotic channel. One is performance. One is felt truth. One is for an audience. One belongs entirely to you. In this session you will learn to distinguish between the two and begin to cultivate the real thing — the eros that does not need permission, does not need an audience, and does not need to look a particular way.
Session Three · Saturday Aug 1st 6pm Melbourne time
Rituals for Aliveness
How do you carry this back into your actual life. Not as a concept. As a practice. As a way of moving through the world as a woman who has remembered something essential about herself. We close with ritual, with integration, with the Radiance Method and with the practices that will continue to open you long after these three sessions end.
There will be a lot more, Im not going to give all the sexy, spicy away! Also know I intuitively lead my containers so we will follow the sacred threads of each woman who joins and the collective field we create… let the magic begin!

The work lives in the body and it is deeply intimate. It is not explicit or pornographic. It is sacred. There is a profound difference between the erotic and the sexual — and learning that distinction is part of what these sessions teach.
It will get spicy. Your edges might get touched. The nature of this work is that things come to the surface to be seen. We all hold layers of conditioning around our sexuality and sensuality and as we unravel these there might be parts of the sessions that feel a little uncomfortable. You will be seen and held and loved through this — but please know that you are consenting to lean in to the work, your growth edge and sometimes uncomfortability.

This work has nothing to do with a partner. Your erotic body belongs to you, not to a relationship. Many of the women who receive the most from this portal are single women who are reclaiming a relationship with their own desire and their own body.
